Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, remain off the public’s radar the offseason.

Swift is taking a much-needed break after wrapping the global “Eras Tour” and releasing a surprise double-album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department.” Save for a message to Selena Gomez on her Instagram Stories last month, the 35-year-old pop star has stayed off social media, as well.

“Obviously the [Eras Tour] threw them into the spotlight,” a source told US Weekly. “[Now] they’re enjoying some R&R after working their butts off, making the most of their time off. They’re fully living their best lives.”

While fans can’t wait to see what the 14-time Grammy winner does next, or when she’ll return to the spotlight, they continue to listen to her music.

“The Tortured Poets Department,” which features several songs inspired by her relationship with Kelce, shattered multiple streaming records and spent a historic 17 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard music chart in a single calendar year. However, her previous records also continue make history.

Pop Base announced on April 15, “Taylor Swift is the only artist in history to have 5 albums surpass 9 BILLION streams on Spotify.” According to Chart Masters, the five albums to surpass the 9 billion streams mark are “Lover (12.5 billion), “Midnights” (10.6 billion), “Folklore” (9.8 billion), “Reputation” (9.4 billion), and “1989” (9.0 billion).

Swifties applauded the trailblazing songwriter for the achievement. One woman commented, “Queen of Spotify.” One fan wrote, “She is THE LEGEND.”

Another fan posted, “you know an artist makes good music when the general public consumed a whole album not just the singles.”

One Swiftie noted, “Haters keep reducing Taylor’s artistry to just ‘big numbers’ when these stats objectively prove how great her whole catalog is. And to be able to consistently do this proves how much the general public is drawn to the quality of her music.”
